Bricks are the main component of constructing an infrastructure. Construction of bricks requires mining out of soil to be baked up, baking space, industrial manpower (though less) thus intervening in the ecosystem by hampering a landmass for mining of soil, baking it & economics of construction as well due to the overhead charges.
A high performance, automated machine for producing Compressed Earth Blocks (CEB) from onsite soil, at production rates of up to 6 bricks per minute. The SBM being totally eco-friendly does use only natural construction materials and can be used for eco housing, natural building, and earth construction.
The operation of this machine is extremely simple and does not require a high level skilled manpower thus making it a good area to be worked in with both employer and employee aspect.
As mentioned this machine does not require very skilled manpower to operate it is very low on manning cost. The setup, installation and operation of this machine are very simple and cost effective thus making it very feasible from industrial setup business aspect.
