A variety of machines exist from automatic to manual in the field of food packaging & tray sealing meant for commercial purpose. In India specifically there is a very big scarcity of such high capacity & technically robust machines due to cost,engineering complexities & practical feasibility problems.
This is a high capacity packaging system designed and manufactured with the purpose of inline MAP packaging of all domains of seafood with utmost priority to their shape and quality consistency. The entire machine can be easily transferred and is easy to dismantle and then reassemble.
The packaging mechanism is embed with gas sealing. The machine also has a secondary stage scope (under process) to be capable of manufacturing the custom designed packaging trays automatically. Initially the trays are being designed for containing Prawns.
